Asgard is a remote, helicopter-access-only stay.
 
Access is fully dependent on weather conditions, and bookings may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled at short notice if flying conditions are not safe. Any booking unable to proceed due to weather conditions preventing helicopter access will receive a full refund.
 
Guests must allow flexibility in their travel plans and are strongly advised to avoid tight onward connections.
Due to the nature of the location, arrival and departure times may vary, and alternative access arrangements may occasionally be required.
 
Helicopter transfers are arranged separately - Following your accommodation booking, guests are asked to complete a helicopter transfer request form. Our team will then assist in coordinating arrival details with our preferred local operator, based on your group size, departure location and travel plans.

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that includes coverage for weather-related disruptions, delays, and cancellations.

Provisions packages can be selected as an add-on during the booking process.
